inserting rows above calculated cells

i cannot figure out how to insert a new row immediately above a calculated cell/row. the only thing that works is to insert above the row immediately above the calculated cell/row.

i have several tracking sheets which calculate interim and final values. i want to have the calculation cells/rows move down with each row insertation, and keep include the new rows in the calculation population.
