Install sunsolaris10 through VMware5.5

Trying to install Sunsolaris10 in my machine through VMware v5.5 but the machine in hanged after select the first option.
My machine configuratiion is 945GZ (Jetway), 1Gb ram P4 2.8 cellaron.

Please help???????????
