Ipod Access Question

I downloaded IPOD access to take a look at it and see if it could do what
I need it to do. I can see it pulled up my entire music library and I want
to test Ipod aceess with five songs before I purchase, but the darn thing
has a prompt on top that says,”Reading Ipod Please be patient…” It has
been a hour. What is it doing? Please advise.
