Is the new Office 2007 Fluent system really very fluent?

I decided to upgrade to Office 2007 and I like the way it looks, but I think that MS have taken a leap too big for most users to feel comfortable with. It is not obvious where a lot of things are, and where you’d expect to find something you can’t….or I can’t anyhow.

What are your opinions?
