Is there a program that will prevent/detect most keyloggers?

I am looking for a program to prevent and detect keyloggers and screen capture trojans. I have found quite a few online, but I haven’t found much that is recent stating which programs are good and which ones aren’t. Of course I would like it to be free, but I am willing to pay for a program that would work for this. However, I really don’t have a good way to test the program so I really wouldn’t know if it was working or not.
