ISP & Hosting

I am looking (for cost reasons) to host my own websites and offer my company its own ISP. I have tried to get this information from other companies that offer this service … With no luck! They are so tight liped, I was not able to get any information about how to begin. At least now without going with there companies!! Can you advise? Thanking you in advance! The Adman
