Issue in “Najitool GUI (exe)” regarding Arabic to English Transliteration

Hi,
According to what you have given on your site, this software contains transliteration feature. But I am not able to understand what type of input & output file type does it require? because when I give text file with some arabic texts in it I get some junk characters in output file. Please tell how to proceed?
