IT job – where to post?

My colleague is looking for places where he can broadly (and affordably) put an IT job posting, including mailing lists, etc. This is for a school of law. They found TEKNOIDS (law-specific) and SIGUCCS (higher ed IT consortium) already.

However, we think the job ad doesn’t have to be on law-related or education specific location.

We’re thinking about locations such as dice.com, jobbankusa.com and careerbuilder.com. Do you think these places help? Any other places you would suggest? For that matter, where do you usually check for new opportunity?
