I’ve lost my time zones!!

Recently I was going on a business trip out to California (I live on the East Coast). Knowing the way things work in the Outlook calendar when one changes time zones, I went into options to add a second time zone. On the drop down box, there were no other time zones than my current one (EST-GMT -5). When I went to check my clock, only the eastern coast of the US was shown on the map and there were no other time zones on the drop down list.

Any idea where the rest of them went, or better yet, how to get them back?
