JCM GOLD J2500S “OP” Message

I have a fault with my J2500S cash register. It has a message “OP” displayed. pressing the clear button makes no change. All buttons cannot function except the X/Time button which displays the time and date. If any other button is pressed, the display reverts to the “OP’ message.
