Jump job from Desktop support to Server Support.(INDIA)

HI GUys,

Hope you all are doing well. Basically i am trying to jump my job from Desktop Support Engineer to a Server Support(AD)role.I have a very good theoretical knowledge about AD but not too much of practical hands on it. Any suggestion how to apply for the AD job and get it cracked. My only issue is not having a practical knowledge of AD. However i am confident in the desktop part as i have done a lot on this job to crack a Desktop support interview, but i don’t want continue doing the same thing again 🙁

– Any best resume format will help me fetch an AD level job, where i can key in some points of AD which i am good at(theoretically)

Please suggest me and guide me towards a correct path. Waiting for your reply guys.
