Keeping it Internal with Exchange

There was a 2 part article on configuring mailboxes on Exchange 5.5 for intra server mail only.

I need to restrict the ability to send and receive internet email to a limited group of users. Unfortunately I cannot find this article anywhere in the archives. Can anyone assist me in either finding/forwarding me this article or a quick overview of the steps for those whom have done it.
