Konica Minolta c250 – Optical Sensors

Hello! I am having a problem with the konica minolta c250 bizhub. We have the hole puncher installed and what is happening is that when the paper goes thru it on non hole punched things, it gets stuck. I took it apart and saw that the 3 white camshaft type things are not even and when i put them even, the paper doesnt jam. I did notice that the optical sensor at the end of these is not lined up properly. It stops half way in between the opening as opposed to completely in the opening. Is there a way to reallign that?

Please help!! I have been working on this for several months!
