Left Over Files From a Deleted User Account.

I am currently running windows XP home and had 2 seperate admin accounts set up. well, i deleted one of the accounts since I am now the only person using this machine. The problem is all of the old folders for the admin account I deleted are still showing up in explorer. When I try to delete them i get a message stating that that I am not allowed to delete that folder. is there any possible way to get rid of those folder from the deleted admin account that is no longer in use???
