Linux total cost of ownership?

Hi, all

I’m working on a story for TechRepublic about measuring the total cost of ownership for Linux in the enterprise, and I’m looking for people who’ve done such studies in their own workplaces. (I’m also talking to some analyst types, but I’dlike to get some “real world” numbers into my story.)
