Look Up

Hello, thank you very much for the help, I am doing an Access 2007 Data Base were I have 3 tables:

Table 1: Reference: Country: Australia, Mexico, USA
Table 2: Sub Reference: City?s: From: Australia: Sydney, Adelaide, Brisbane?..
From: M?xico: Tijuana, Guadalajara, M?xico?.
From: NY, Miami, Chicago.

Table 3: 3 fields: Country, City, Phone.
? In this table the field Country is a look up from Table 1, and picks up the countries.

? On the City field I want to do a look up that pick up the cities , but I want that just picks up the ones relevant to the field country, Eg : if on field Country I select Australia I want that just picks up : Sydney, Adelaide?. Is there any way to do this, I have done it but in the form, but I want to know if it can be done from the table, thank you very much!!!!! Hope you can help me!!!!!
