Looking for a keystroke macro utility

Greetings all.

I’ve got a couple of programs which do not use Windows cut and paste functions. I can export data from one of the programs into Excel, however the other program doesn’t have any import capability.

Is anyone aware of a macro utility that I can use that I can set up to read the data in a cell, then ‘type’ it into the other program?

It doesn’t need to be fully automated, but I don’t want to have to retype several hundred entries.
