lost bios after new hd

I have but a new hard drive in my toshiba satellite pro laptop..Winxp is loaded ok and it seems to be working fine, however, I cannot access bios..XP starts up and bypasses everything else..How can I get it to startup normal, with the option to ‘press delete key etc’to access bios.
