LOST BIOS PASSWORK PLZ HELP!!!!!

I Lost My Bios Password Any One No A Bypass 1. The Bios is Phoenix v 4.0 release 6 In An HP P3 Vectra. Any Help? I Dont Know What Or Where The jumper Is So I Cant Switch That And I Took Out The Battery And It Still Dont Work. Thanx!
