Lost BIOS Setup Password

It’s 9:20 PM, the wannabe geek in charge has hit F1 to enter his BIOS setup as his system boots up (he wanted to change his NUMLOCK setting) and he then realized that he has forgotten his administrator password. Of course, he calls me and says thathe knows I can fix it, will it be done in 30 minutes? It’s 9:24 and I have logged onto Support Republic with two questions..the first one is “please help me with his question” and the second one is “why me??” please help….
