lost CD ID numbers

I am severe disabled and have DELL XP-266- (1998),after rebooting -PC was hit with virus- I can not use CD;received with PC ,because I lost ID serial numbers. MS-Office 97 =MS Street plus =MS bookshelf=.I have these CD ,so help me .Most time i spend on PC due to my disability.
