Lost Computer Card manual and problem with connection to TV

Due to a lot moving around items in home a video card manual wast in
the process. The video card is an ATI Radeon 9550 AGP and still puts out
great views. But have a problem with the S-video causing white noise
when connected to A/V switch even when system is off. I feel that the
output is too high in current and overloading all signals to the TV. The
same problem is happening with the audio on motherboard – Realtek
ALC 850 has been the best match setup(Optical and SP/DIF output
provided). Can anyone help stop the problem because I like those
features. Cable box also has optical output too. Anyone know a A/V
switch with all outputs listed. I have made can network and 3 line phone
cabling with each connector on same crimping tool.
