Lost Connection With 2 Network Cards

I have 2 network cards where the configuration like below. Actually I didn’t set Default Gateway for 1 ethernet adapter. After a while it will set it automatically. how can I
disable it ? because by the time the pc set the default this gateway, the 2 ethernet cannot been
use. Thanks.

0 Ethernet adapter :

IP Address. . . . . . . . . : 0.0.0.0
Subnet Mask . . . . . . . . : 0.0.0.0
Default Gateway . . . . . . :

1 Ethernet adapter :

IP Address. . . . . . . . . : 168.168.168.10
Subnet Mask . . . . . . . . : 255.255.255.0
Default Gateway . . . . . . : 168.168.168.1

2 Ethernet adapter :

IP Address. . . . . . . . . : 192.168.253.5
Subnet Mask . . . . . . . . : 255.255.255.0
Default Gateway . . . . . . : 192.168.253.1
