Lost Connectivity

Hi. I have lost connectivity on one PC running XP home. The other runs fine. I did encounter a virus earlier in the day that was deleted.

IPCONFIG release clears the address but it will not restore.

I cannot hard code and IP address. The connectivity error dissappears but it will not connect.

I am stumped!
