Lost .dll file

Having found which driver I needed for the graphics card, (Thankyou!) I downloaded it and installed it, only to find that it’s worse than before! I can still only get 16 colours, and the PC keeps crashing! I keep getting the message that ‘ddsis.dll’is missing. It’s a SiS 5587/5588 Graphics card. Can you PLEASE HELP ME?!!!
