lost e-mail concept Outlook Express

I’ve just written an important and lengthy e-mail concept. Usually, on closing down Outlook Express the program asks me the question whether I would like to save the changes I made. For some unknown reason it didn’t this time. Result e-mail concept is lost. Is there anywhere on my computer I can retrace the file?
