Lost Files on Zip Disk

I recently restored my whole system and installed Win Me. I had a lot of files on one of my 100mg zip disks and now I can’t access it at all anyway. Weird….My systme shows that the disk is 90 some percent full, but can’t get to the data. Pls help, marilyn
