Lost Floppy and Zip Drives

Given: Using Windows 98 operating system. After installing a 2nd hard drive, I no longer have access to the Floppy Drives (3.5inch)A: and (5.25 inch)B: and (Zip Drive) formerly drive D:

The newly installed 2nd Hard drive is now known as Drive D:

How do I go about reocognizing/connecting these Hard Drives?
