Lost hard drive controllers

I formatted my hard drive by using the windows 2003 server setup. Booted from CD rom. I had a power cut in the middle of the installation now when i go to run set again it states that i havent got any hard drive controllers. Even though the bios seems to detect them on the inital bott up. The bios does however ask me a press F1 to resume??$$

How would i go about reinstalling the controllers.

Any help would be great
