lost ID code of 2 CD Help to recover

I received 2 years ago 2 CD /”Office 97″ and “Street plus”. Recently when I try to boot them ,I couln’t find ID codes .I contact “Dell” ,they say that because I changed Windows95 into Windows98 ,they can not help me .Regardless I am sure some systemfor codes recovery exist.Pls help.
