Lost menu/tool bars in Office 2000 Word

Somehow my network administrator managed to do something that lost my menu (i.e. File, Edit, View, etc) bar in Word 2000. Is there an easy way to fix this without having to re-install Word? None of the keyboard shortcuts work either.
