Lost Password

I have administrator account of my Workstation PC. A friend of mine change my password and also restrict me by the policies so I cant run anythin on my NT Workstation. He goes away for 2 weeks leave and cannot be contacted. I dont want to install myWorkstation for some reasons. What can I do to gain access of my admin account again without reinstalling Win NT Workstation ?
