lost permissions after @ an hour

On a single domain win 2k network all of the win xp workstations are losing permission to connect to a share across the network. They must log off and back on or when the logon box pops up you have to put in the admin username and password. Is anyone aware of such a thing and what to do to change this. I am also using Microsoft SBS.
