lost profile in windows 2000!!!

on a windows 2k pro we accidentaly lost a profile(was deleted by me accidentaly) for one of the secretery’s in my office and she had much data and settigs in the profile.. i was wondering if there is any way to retrive the files that were in my document of that prifile!!? please help
she wants to kill me!!!!
