Lost proxy settings

I have a problem with a user’s workstation losing the proxy settings every time she logs on. She is running WinNT with a roaming profile. The only thing is that everytime that she logs off and back on again her settings are gone. Does anybody know afix for this? Policy maybe? I am stuck.
