lost the password of my PDC

Please i need your help.one of the workers in my company break into our primary domain comtroler and changed the password.
Now we cannot access the PDC again.
There are lots of data in the system.Work has stoped since due to this.
How do i get access the computer?
Is there any way i can recover the former password,since we cannot get who change it?
