Lost Toolbars in Word 2000

I installed Microsoft Word 2000, when I opened the program, there were no toolbars. I uninstalled the program, then installed the full Office 2000 Professional, I get toolbars in Access, Excel and Powerpoint but none in Word. I have installed thison a lot of computers and never had the problem before. Any Ideas?
