lotun notes signatures

i m using lotus notes 6.5 i have set signature as html i have also added my company’s logo in signature but which displays at the bottom but when i m forwarding my mail to outlook express then my company’s logo show’s as attachment to them and the error in outlook express shows this message (Embedded image moved to file: pic29358.jpg) give me the solution and from outloook to lotus notes i getting the red cross mark give me the solution.
