Mail hosting, dynam IP,off site web host

Trying to get some validation for plan to host an Exchange 2000 server behind an ISA server connected to the internet with a DSL line with dynamic IP address. Plan to use TZO dynamic IP mapping to map domain to dynamic IP. Also will use them for mail store and forward. I want to make sure that this won’t affect the off site web hosting we currently have.
