Make a customize GPO

hi..i am want to make a customize GPO, as i discribe below
FIN_GPO —> hide run menu

|
|
——CHILD_GPO —> hide run menu &
folder options

if the solution for my question is make new gpo than implemented to CHILD_GPO, then the problem is solved

but how about if i have 20 OU child OU that have different customize GPO? do i must make 20 other GPO ??
