Make one active directory field equal another.

Hi guys, Im sure this is possible but can’t quite get it to work. I have entered a description for each user in the active directory but I now need to fill in the Title field with the same data as the description field. I dont really want to have to do a copy and paste for all of o ur 160 users so basically is there an easier way?

I thought typing %description% in the title field would do it but it doesn’t.

Any help most welcome.
