Marvell Yukon 88e8053 – cant make it to work

Hello,
I have mainboard A8n32 sli deluxe,
on this mainboard are 2 network cards, one of them is Marvell Yukon 88e8053 and the second is some NVidia.
first of all nvidia one is recognized by the system without any problems.but Marvell… sometimes system its not finding any device at all. and when it is its finding Code 10 – IRQ resource error, and than Code 12.
i am trying different versions of drivers, and nothing.
the thing is that i am trying to connect to net by any of this cards and what is happening:
1.) on nvidia i have to wait 5 minutes till google will load…with error on the webpage, and on the marvell…welll its saying that net cable is disconnected.
i tryed different things on a winXP pro and Windows 2003-here system even pushed to find me this marvell card dont want to do it.
