Master Sheet

I must have put in data the wrong way..
Excel sheet with a cell to be filled in from sheet two, hyperlinked with names… when I hit the hyperlink I would like the name to fill in the master on sheet one. this is a one position cell only
Sheet one cell a1 = hyperlink name on sheet two, what is this formula ….

Sheet Two
a1- bob
b1 – nancy
c1 tom when I clink on this names they do go th the right cell but can not find information to update master cell location
