menu gone from Outlook Appointments window

I have a user who has lost her menu in the New Apppointment window in Outlook 2002. She opens the New Appointment window and can enter all of her information but does not have any menu options at all. She can save her appointment using Ctrl/S but where did the menu go and how do I get it back? I’ve looked everywhere and can’t figure it out.
