Merging three up

I need to merge information to a document. However, the document is 3.66 x 8.5, and is three up on a 8.5 x 11 inch sheet of paper. The three up letter size sheet will be cut down to 3.66 x 8.5. The problem is that I need each stack when cut to be in sequencial order.

Please help.
