Message Truncating in Outlook 2000

I have 2 users that receive the same email message from the same list serve group, however one user’s message (the exact message) cuts off sentences after about 500
characters, but then it picks up the next line in its entirety. The other user hasno problem at all. Have you any ideas on what could possibly cause this?
They are both running Office 2000 with the same configuration. One user is now using Win2K Pro, but when she was on Win98 (like the problem user) her emails
remained intact.
