Micro 2000 Universal Diagnostic Toolkit

I am curious about this product taht promises to diagnose all PC problems. It is written is assembler and bypasses the OS by loading its own proprietary OS at boot. It includes a card for bios post analysis and documentation for over 40 bios versions. Sounds like a great tool fro troubleshooting difficult probles,. Has anyone had any experience with the tool?
