Microsoft Licenses

Hi,

Is there any agreement in Microsoft that says a user can use Microsoft product license both at work place and home? I mean if a license is assigned to a user, second copy of it can be used by the same user at home. Is this correct? If so, in what cases. Does XP OS, Office 2003, Exchange CALs come under this category. Pls clarify.
