Microsoft Office XP with a Mind of its Own

I had a client call me about a problem she was having with both word and excel. She told me that she could be typing and all of a sudden the program would start to enter “gibberish” on its own. Real words but gibberish none the less. I had her send a screen shot of it to me the next time it happened.

From looking at it, it somehow appears to be text from some sort of internet temp file. I say this because in one area it says “the whole new America Online now for the UCLA she’s the boss”.

See what I mean by gibberish, but the America Online gives me a clue that it may be grabbing bits and pieces from internet temp files.

Any thoughts?
