Microsoft Outlook 2002 installed on Vista Home Premium Problem

hi,
i have installed MS Outlook ver 2002 on Vista Home Premium and it wont run due to this error message “ordinal 9170 not found in Dynamic Link Library MSO.dll

Can anyone help me, i have installed the Service Pack 3 for microsoft office but didnt help
